Why Just the Egg Whites?

whats the point of eating just the whites? does it cut the fat or something?

Yes. Just eat the whole egg.

Eggs have a bunch of protein and a bunch of fat. Nature created them in a way to make them easily seperatable. If you want just the protein, filter out the yolk (or spend extra cash and buy egg whites, or whatever). However, the fat in egg yolks is pretty good for you (balanced mono, sat, and unsat, I believe), and the cholesterol, though contained in the yolk, really doesn’t matter at all (wont raise LDL or BP or anything).

So go with dpower- eat the whole egg. It’s good for you.

It’s because eating more than 1 egg a day will kill you. And your dog.

yeah ill mix it up, lately ive been eating a 3 whole egg 5 egg white omelette

Half of the protein is in the yolk.

Just fucking eat it.
