Why is Weight Training Important to You?

  1. I feel and move very well.
  2. Being large and strong is useful in life.
  3. I married a much younger and hot woman, and so must fend off the young bucks.
  4. I enjoy it.
  5. I have very pretty daughters, and must fend off the young bucks.
  6. I’ve lifted so long now, it’s part of my identity.
  7. It’s very therapeutic and stress-relieving.
  8. Most people my age are disgusting to look at.
  9. I was not particularly good at it when starting, but I’ve applied the life lesson of consistent, smart, and hard, effort to all things in life, making me a much better person, in all respects.
  10. My entire family has recognized No. 9 and apply the same principles to their lives, as well.

It allows me to get some athleticism back for my sport.

No physical activity for me also means I get restless and get bored easily after studying for days.

I also have a lot of aggression. This makes me realize I need to take it all out on the weights

Will you train your daughters to fend off the young bucks?

The mandatory IDF training seems to do well in that regard.

Given our tenuous strategic situation, we draft basically everyone, male and female.
