Why is Single-Leg Deadlift Not from Dead Position?

Either alternate days, or after your squats, or both.

Oh yeah, same here. And my upper body positioning is more consistent.

Based off all of this I have added 1LRDL to Squat Day (DB as well) and made other Leg day DB Lunges…I’ve always wanted to work lunges in but felt like they never fit
