Why is my Sumo Weaker than my Normal DL

Contrary to the people in the powerlifting world that scream and whine about sumos being cheating and a way easier lift, the sumo and conventional load the weight differently for nearly everybody. Conventional, for most requires more strength through the lower back and hips, while the sumo places far more of the strain onto hips and hammies for many. All in all, anybody that gave you the idea that anyone should sumo considerably more than they conventional is a moron.
