Why is metformin banned for the Olympic?It’s used to treat type 2 diabetes. My blood sugar s fairly under control 5-7 without pills. But I am still told to take them. Not that I compete or anything but how do they give me an advantage?
It improves insulin sensitivity which has a lot of benefits.
