I enjoy fasting. The longest was 96 hours. After the first day, you get mental clarity, I became really sharp. I had already only been eating dinner (OMAD) so skipping dinner was not a big deal.

I waste so much time and energy counting grains of rice and putting together foods as macros like Jenga. It’s awesome to not be worried about it.

I find it easier to not eat, than to eat.

I should be able to do this. I walk around fed and hydrated at 250lbs on 2grams per week.

There are natty men here, moving more weight, that weigh 180-190lbs.

And while I haven’t posted often, I’ve been following along, rooting for you the whole way–specifically, that you would remain healthy and continue to progress. But my dude, some of the choices you’ve made…Here’s hoping you find it within yourself to make more healthful decisions before a worse mishap befalls you.
