What is the deal with fish oil? What benefits do I get from using them? ESPECIALLY on a low-carb diet. Thank you!

What a bunch of flamers. Sheesh. Okay, I’d recommend looking for the articles called “Something fishy” (issue 221), Appetite for Construction (issue 167), Fat Roundtable (issue 208). The more you read, the more you’ll like them.

Essentially, they put your body into more of a fat-burning mode, reduce stress from a high-fat diet, and reduce inflammation.

Frederick, why are you being such a drama queen for such a simple question??? BTW, I think quite a few people really would like to flame you on this one but simply don’t feel like putting in the effort.
