I started taking ZMA and I can definitely notice that I am sleeping much more soundly that I used to. What exactly is it that causes this though? I just don’t see how those three minerals/vitamins cause you to sleep better? Can anyone shed some light on this…
I’m not sure either. It’s definitely a good question that I would also like the answer to, since I am also taking this stuff.
That is one Biotest product that I have never tried. However, if it has Magnesium in it that is the reason that sleep quality improves!
