Why is Clomid and/or Nolva always used for PCT? What is different about these than letrozole or arimidex?
Clomid specifically induces the release of Gonadotropin hormones. Nolva I’m not a fan of. Letrozole is more effective.

But Letro is just as effective as Clomid or Nolva when taken for PCT, right?

letrozole is very effective for PCT, Anthony Robert’s Aromasin and nolvadex works very well.
