Well, at 148 lbs./66 kilos worldwide, there are the following lifters as far as raw lifting goes:

For raw lifters, Tony Conyers is the world record holder both with and without wraps (1580 w/ wraps) and the current #1 in the U.S. and (I believe) in the world. Joe Morrow has totaled 1482 raw (w/ wraps) and is currently ranked #3 in the U.S. with a 1350-lb. total (without wraps, I believe). Hsieh Tsung-Ting totaled 1411 lbs. to win IPF Raw Worlds this year, so he would likely be #2 in the world for raw lifters in this class; Yusuke Inoue totaled 1361 lbs. for second place and would be third. I totaled 1355 lbs. (w/ wraps) this year and would be fourth. Mikhail Andryukhin totaled 1323 lbs. at IPF Raw Worlds; Andrew Hollenbeck and Matt Miles have both totaled 1300+ at 148 this year in the U.S.

Take this with a tremendous grain of salt, as it’s hard to account for rankings worldwide for any weight class. And this doesn’t even take into account the very talented single-ply lifters out there currently. But it’s at least a little info.
