whole foods nutrition info

I have been looking alot for info on whole foods. like an easy to read chart for foods with no nutrition label, i.e. meat, eggs, fruits, veggies, etc. My girlfriend is trying to count calories and I advised her to get the correct macronutrient breakdown as well but I can’t seem to get my hands on a list of some common whole foods. Really just need a list like (food name), calories, carbs, protein, fat, maybe type of fat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

try www.fitday.com
it’s online, but it’s amazingly easy and has an incredible assortment of whole foods. it even goes by size and shape. fpr example, you can tell it what size the asparagus was you ate and how many stalks, and it will calculate it all for you. amazing web site. check it out. and if you don’t have time to go to it for each food, you could just look them up and write them down… but it’s a great tool either way.

Netrition has a big and easy to follow food list with all the macros.

Thanks, that should help us out a ton. Thanks again to both of you.
