I've been lifting since March, and i started out with the stronglifts 5X5 program. I followed it until i hit a platue at 97,5 kg, and i decited to test my 1RM and got 112,5 kg in the squat and 130 kg in the deadlift. I haven't been training much since then because of a shoulder injury. I recently tested my 1RM in the squat and deadlift and got 130 and 160 kg.
I'm looking into The Power Look program but i was wondering if i'm ready for that program.
What are your thoughts?
