whys that? I’m not a huge fan of Mercola myself but I must admit he does have some interesting ideas. Hey, if it may help me improve health or build a better physique i’ll check it out.

Jebus

I would say the United States Dairy Association and the USFDA. I love the food pyramids and all the recommended daily allowances. The best thing is the 50 g of protein/300 g of carbs/whatever amount of low fat from the 90’s.

Yes, yes, I know they changed the pyramid, but a lot of that stuff is still on the boxes and needs to be eliminated or given a range instead of one value.

Yep…

It’s Jared…

Where the hell did he go?[/quote]

He choked himself to death while washing his neck. It’s all about intensity. Intensity and function.

On a serious note, JB gets my vote here.

Does anyone else think that Jared is putting back on some weight?

With all that money he probably takes a golf-cart to subway.

Keep walking Jared. Keep walking.

Lyle Mcdonald, Lonnie Lowery, and good common sense.

DR’S Berardi, Lowery and Di pasquale.

dont know exactly. Bronx Bomber may know. IIRC, Lyle McDonald’s Ultimate Diet 2.0 is sorta based on the Ultimate Diet.

again, IIRC, Ultimate Diet is out of print. even if im wrong about there being an orginal Ultimate Diet (i dont really care) that doesn’t negate the fact that there is an Ultimate Diet 2.0.

If I had to pick one it would be Lyle McDonald but I’m also a huge fan of John Berardi.
