those numbers would be an elite raw total for a 220 lber. let alone a 198 lber. so comparing yourself to those numbers is a little unfair. an Elite raw total for a 198 would be 1471 lbs. i get these numbers from 100% raw powerlifting website. They may differ a little by fed but its a good start.

Best Raw Meet
365/215/360

Working on first single ply meet in March 2011

Doing my first meet in Feb. so no meet totals. Mostly hoping to not cripple myself.

Shit tons of guys in the over 35 forum compete.

I’m competing for the first time on February 26th!

Training for the Sonlight Power Federation Raw Nationals in March (push/pull). Have competed mainly in push/pull and nowadays prefer raw. Squats are one of my better lifts, so I am planning on a N.A.S.A 3 lift raw meet in 2011.

Best lifts @ 148# - 420/250/455 equipped.

Last meet I only got 275 bench, 455 dl @181# raw. I’m good for more just gotta be more prepared this time.

My goals are 455/315/500 @165# raw.

I’ve got a few meets under my belt, SPF, APA, and some unsanctioned push/pulls. All raw.

best 181 - 505/350/575
best 198 - 540/380/585

Next meet coming up in May, shooting for 575/395/605 @ 198.

There aren’t a whole lot of meets in my area so I usually try to do anything that is close. Long term goal, I’d like to do Raw Unity or Raw 504, but I’ve got to grow a little more into my weight class first.

2 Scoops, ridiculous squat man

New here, longtime lurker

Got my first meet coming up January 29th, going for the IPA record in the 18-19 division for bench.

Best lifts at 5’6 165

305 bench - raw
405 shirted bench (single ply katana 2" scoop)
415 squat - raw
375 - dead (weakest lift by far)

Raw (288) 510/370/620- 1500 (IPA)
single-ply (242) 530-370-605- 1505 (Ironboy)
Multi-ply (285) 750-525-675- 1930 (IPA)

Since the raw total, I’ve lost almost 45 lbs. and my strength is certainly way off from those numbers.

I only lurk-----don’t really post much.

Competed for 12 years, retired and switched to armwrestling 2 years ago.
Mostly just a SHW bencher, typically weighed right around 400----best lift was 905 in double ply.
Raw squat was 725, raw dead was 605. Never did either one in equipment
Competed APF, WNPF, USPF, IPA, SSA, WPO

APF Gear Whore
198
600/385/425-1410

Hoping to smash that total in my next meet

and ladies…

You’ll be great Joe.

Planned first meet wont be till spring.

I have competed twice, once in the AAU, and once in the EPFUS or something like that in MA, all raw. My best lifts were a 365 squat at 174 lbs and a 450 deadlift and 285 lb bench at a bw of 169 lbs. I was 18 for my first meet, 19 for my second, and I turned 20 in september.
