Whiz's 5/3/1 Log

I kept telling myself I was gonna get back on T-Nation and keep a digital log of my workouts(along with my notebook and www.strstd.com). I’ve already completed one whole month cycle of 5/3/1 getting the hang of it and will start my log today in the second week of my 2nd cycle.

I get ADD on my assistance work i’m still playing around with what I like doing in addition to the main lift. Sometimes if the gym is busy I will cut out certain movements and just try to do them next week.

Bench 3x3. been sick with some kinda stomach bug hit the bench to my max set then did some back off sets and headed home…
