Quick funny… I ordered some 14 inch bands a couple weeks ago. They finally came and I showed them to my dad. I give him my big band and he uses it if I stay on his ass. Something is better than nothing at this point.
Anyway, I showed him the others and he says, after testing them out, “These would make great slingshot rubbers! Just cut them in half and bam! Kill a cottontail in a heartbeat!” :joy::joy::joy: Uh no daddy. You are not cutting up my bands to kill a bunmy rabbit. :roll_eyes:

What’s a BPA?

Band pull aparts. I know it’s silly to log them but, it keeps me on track.

I log mine sometimes. I often do them between sets when I’m squatting. They warm up my shoulders for a better set up.

Will hit shoulders later. We a had a little crisis this morning. Jed’s fat ass chair (recliner) broke. A bolt sheared off and some tiny ball bearings fell out. I figured out where the bearings went but, not the bolt. Hmmmm…
He was on the verge of a meltdown. I told him I would find him another one but, he is not entirely happy with that answer. Fuck you autism! This shouldn’t be this big of a deal.

I reworked the plan to hopefully be a little more sustainable for the next few months. At the current rate I am out working diet, despite shoveling food in my face all day :smirk: Just have to find a happy medium​:grin:
