Easter was low-key for me. I observe Passover more than Easter, in that Jesus was crucified on Passover and rose on a little-known holiday called First Fruits, which is the first day of the week-long Feast/Holiday of Unleavened Bread. Of course, Easter and Passover should be one and the same :+1:

Thanks TnT! I’m just frustrated with this condition.
I did try to bench this morning but it was very disappointing. I did however get a 100 lb tarp on my roof this morning so that was a workout in itself.

You’re welcome! Ongoing conditions are frustrating and, at times, depressing. Hence our hope in Jesus to make all things new!

Hauling up and installing a 100lb tarp, I’d argue, is better all-around exercise than anything a gym offers. You were physically exerting in all three dimensions; using every muscle in you body for both fine and large motor coordination; displaying balance, endurance, and power; and using other areas of you brain, such as problem solving and task planning.

Real work always trumps gym work :+1:

Just trying to get stuff loosened up again.

Sitting about 115lbs now. Again. After all that eating😡
I went back to see if the “doctor” would run some more labs to test FT3/FT4 and was refused again. What an asshole!

Going to try more frequency less intensity and see if that will get me going again. I think I am getting my electrolytes straightened out again and the muscle cramps/pain under control. I have actually slept 3 nights!:grin:

Just disgusted. I’m tired. Tired of starting over, Tired of the same ole shit. Tired of eating. Tired of worrying about what to eat. Tired of my leg aching. Tired mentally and physically. Just plain tired.

I have those days too.

This is why motivation sucks and discipline wins.

Of course, sometimes one’s goals can shift…
