Green tree snakes are completely harmless, you can’t hardly force them to bite you if you try… Unless you’re an insect or a tree frog, that is.

Well if you mean by training, as in learning to walk properly again then yes Hopefully once we settle down next month I can think of some planning.

How did the military press with an axle feel?

Well… I was wrestling a fairly large ladder at the time. A couple of weeks before this I jabbed my right eye while trimming a Lantana Apparently I don’t know where my face is
The axle felt fine, well as fine as any OHP for me. Still not sure what it weighs so I just added plates until it felt about “right”.
Don’t think it hit the front delts as much so I will have to play around with the grip width some.

Then it’s settled - safety goggles are the only option when you’re working around foliage!!
The surprising the axle took some stress off your delts. Maybe the fatter bar makes your tris, traps, and upper back take more of the weight.
