Green tree snakes are completely harmless, you can’t hardly force them to bite you if you try… Unless you’re an insect or a tree frog, that is.

I didn’t hurt them…but I didn’t hug them either!

Broke my sandbag☹️

Sled pulls only two rounds because the weeds are tall and it was difficult
Somebody should mow/weedeat that.

The good news is… hit a PR yesterday with the trap bar. 240! happy dance!

Well if you mean by training, as in learning to walk properly again then yes  Hopefully once we settle down next month I can think of some planning.

But nevermind me, YAY PR.

Thanks MT!
Learning how to walk again is a big deal. Congrats on that!
Looking forward to you getting settled, making a plan and seeing your progress.

This went good considering I almost put my right eye out on a peach tree branch and dropped a piece of metal roofing on my foot last night. :+1:t2:

Augh! A hat with a big, ol’ brim is not just the pinnacle of fashion but a safety device, too

How did the military press with an axle feel?

Well… I was wrestling a fairly large ladder at the time. A couple of weeks before this I jabbed my right eye while trimming a Lantana :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Apparently I don’t know where my face is :joy:

The axle felt fine, well as fine as any OHP for me. Still not sure what it weighs so I just added plates until it felt about “right”.
Don’t think it hit the front delts as much so I will have to play around with the grip width some.

Then it’s settled - safety goggles are the only option when you’re working around foliage!! :joy:

The surprising the axle took some stress off your delts. Maybe the fatter bar makes your tris, traps, and upper back take more of the weight.

My traps are kinda bossy like that!
