I’m adding the 100+ reps with the 45lb crowbar, chiseling out a 2 foot deep hole through half decomposing granite. That’s got to count for something!

Definitely. A few years ago we broke up the concrete on our driveway with a sledge hammer and crow bar. The feel of the hammer hitting concrete stayed in my shoulders for quite some time. It’s very unforgiving.

90 went up. I was hoping it would move a little faster, but I’ll have to be content with it for now. Wasn’t feeling great, so it there is still hope.
Don’t feel too discouraged. Increases can be weird. Sometimes they come when you aren’t planning it. I’ve had gym pr’s on days when I just feel randomly good and go for it. I seem to have less luck with planned tests.

Then back down with some paused. Concentrated on leg drive.
Had to take dad to a Dr appointment today. Found a sweet treadmill for my 94 year old. So I am counting loading that too.
Found two different scales at the hospital and both said the same thing 117lbs. Would like to make 114.
We’ll see how that goes
