So I had a bit of an incident at work yesterday…I was in my drywall stilts and I had a fall. Nothing is broken, thank fuk, but I’m a little banged up. I haven’t done much since yesterday afternoon…just taking it easy cause I am going back to work tomorrow. That said I’ll sort of test a few things out for training tomorrow to see what does or doesn’t hurt or whatever.

Shoulder still feels a tad stiff from my fall at work last week…but I have been staying pretty active. I did my workout there on Monday, and did a run the other day as well. I’ll get back to some more lifting and boxing and whatnot tonight and this weekend
