Im looking to get faster, bigger, stronger, and more explosive. Which workout on T-Nation would be the best one for me to do? Also if there's no cardio in said workout would someone please suggest some for me to do with the workout? Thanks.
who doesn't seriously its more based off how much of a beginner you are. If you are a beginner which seems you are stick to compound movements, get good 6 meals a day and do sprints.
I think you should lift weights, fast.
