Which Workout Routine?

Hello all,
I recently posted about shoulder weakness, and was blessed by the most recent article of Eric Cressey’s. In it, he suggested ditching one’s shoulder day completely.

I was going to start doing OVT, but this has a shoulder day as part of it. I guess I am looking for a total body workout alternative,

Also, I am looking to lose some weight over the next twelve weeks. I was thinking of Doing Meltdown training. Though maybe that’s what I will nearer to the end of the twelve weeks.
Just looking for some pointers. Thanks all.

Try one of Thib’s workouts. He uses higher reps. This will be easier on your shoulders and you might get away with being able to do light raises in place of heavy pressing.
