I just started to read a couple of your programs and they look amazing. At the moment, I’m trying to change my body from 230 lb 30% body fat to 190 lb 12% body fat. Which workout program should i use and for how long? I have read war room strategy, Best damn workout for natural lifters, 6 weeks to super hero. Does it really matter which workout plan should i choose from? How long should i do them for and do i need to do a deload for them? Also, how long after i do them can i repeat them? Thanks in advance.
