Which Will Put on More Weight?

Do you think a beginner would put mroe wieght on doing something like quattro dynamo or just bascially focus on lifting heavy?

Took a quick look at quattro dynamo and it doesn’t look like it’s meant for people just starting off. Pick a simple program, there’s a ton available, and stick with it for a few months.

Ditto

IMO a beginner can’t go wrong with something like Mark Rippetoe’s “Starting Strength” program.

It’ll teach you how to correctly perform the basic foundational lifts, is laid out so that progression is built into the program, and is specifically designed for beginners.

Quattro Dynamo is a good program as well, but like others have said, I personally wouldn’t suggest it as the first program that one followed.

If you want to try it once you’ve finished Starting Strength I think that would be a better option.

Good luck.
