Which Supplements To Get?

Hey guys, I got a bunch of birthday money and I was looking for some supplements to buy. So far Im getting:

ON 100% Whey Protein

I was thinking about Metabolic Drive but is that really for pre-bed? I need a pre-bed, maybe a performance booster for when football comes.

what are your goals?

And, no, Metabolic Drive proteins are great any time of the day.

Get some Metabolic Drive and Flameout.

Metabolic Drive gets a lot of good press around here (duh), and the ingredients list is good, so I can feel confident recommending it, also Flameout is good, but I would additionally get some more fish oil, and possibly alternate the doses a little bit.

Given that you’re pretty young, fish oil and protein are all you should need, and all anyone here could safely recommend :wink:

My favorite supplement of all time is Surge or an equivalent, get Surge and fish oil and eat good food complying to Berardi’s rules and you will build a great body…

There is no protein that is meant for bed time only. Metabolic Drive is good for bedtime because of the blend of micellar casein which is slow digesting with whey, but as others have said it’s good any time of the day.

The one time where you would want a predominanty fast digesting protein such as whey isolates would be post workout which you can find in Surge.

Some Surge and Spike mixed with that whey you bought would be good for a performance booster when you’re playing football.

alright well I read that ultra peptide is the good cause it is loaded with casein.

Spike Shooters are expensive man, Surge, I donno if I should get it or not. Maybe later when football gets here.
