I’m working out at home and want/need to do lat pulldowns (working toward my goal of doing pull-ups). I don’t have any way of doing lat pulldowns/cable rows so I’m looking at stretch bands. What to buy?
I can’t tell from the descriptions which are more applicable to my situation.
Oh, I also don’t want to “outgrow” whichever one’s I get. I’d like them to be strong enough that they’re a challenge for a while.
