Which Specialty Bars for Pressing Movements


I’d like to continue heavy pressing, but my shoulders have tendonosis after years of heavy pressing with the regular staight bar. Is using a thick grip going to alleviate shoulder stress considerably, or would a parallel grip or angled grip bar be even better? I notice that most hammer machines have an angled grip for pressing. Is that to prevent joint damage and dupilcate the correct biomechanical position?
