Have a meet July 20th, so I have almost exactly 12 weeks to train. I was wondering what the best way to peak for this meet would be. I have just finished the smolov base and Jr, and tested today at a 500lb squat, 335lb bench, and 565lb deadlift (20lbs less then my old PR, probably from not deadlifting).
I was considering running 2 cycles of a the CMS-MS-Prep, and then the last month go with CMS-MS-Comp. I was also considering doing 29-37-32. What does everyone think? Oh I will be competing at 93KG if it makes a difference to anyone!
