E) Any of the above, provided the lifter trains consistently (3-5 days per week uninterrupted for several months) and eats appropriately (a caloric surplus which includes sufficient high-quality protein).
That said, beginners can get “better” gains than more advanced lifters can from full body or simple upper/lower splits because the overall training stimulus is newer and each bodypart needs relatively-less work to stimulate growth.
