There are so many good programs around here for athletes. I’m a big fan of both CW and CT’s work. In 3 weeks i’ll begin my off season rugby training which will last anywhere from 12-16 weeks. In this time I will also be doing alot of conditioning/cardio. Just curious what routines around here people think would be best?
there is no magic program. assess what your weaknesses are, then attack them. read all the training articles at following a conjugate model is the way to go since it allows you to address multiple abilities. but keep in mind, you are an individual with different needs than others. what most of these coaches present as the “ultimate program” may work for someone and not for someone else. learn to identify what you need.
