Search “Brian Alsruhe” on YouTube. He owns a gym - I think that’s what’s called Neversate Athletics. And he has logs on here under @Alpha. Just check out his YouTube channel. It’s great - lots of great tips on individual movements, as well as ideas for programming. He’s an incredible guy.
