Ive been lifting for 10 Months now and I have noticed that I enjoy training for strength the most.
I want to follow a powerlift program, I Just dont know witch one I should follow.
My stats are:
5.9 feet (180cm)
Weight 169 pound (77kg)
Bench 192 (87.5kg)
Squat 297 (135kg)
Deadlift 363 (165kg)
Ive been searching on the internet myselfe but there are so many options. Hopeing you guys could help me out
