Which Order to Run: Rest-Pause, Hardgainers, and Beach Body

If one were to run these 3 challenges in a chain, what order do you think would be best to do so?

My thought was starting with Beach Body, followed by Hardgainers, then into Rest-Pause.

doesn’t matter what order, but I suggest taking a break between each challenge for an entire cycle, if not two, before doing another challenge. You don’t need to go 500% balls to the wall super max extreme 100% of the time.
