Which NROL Program?

I decided to stop my Homegrown Muscle Program after 28 weeks for NROL. I made normal gains with HGM and eating clean.

I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. I do not know which NROL program to pick. Which one fits me? Note: I am not an eternal beginner, nor skinny nor overweight.

Well, this answer obviously depends on your goals. I'm going to assume fat loss is not your goal or you probably could have answered your own question. Look at the hypertrophy and strength programs and arange them so they coincide with your goals.
