I have a question in comparing two loaves of bread.
One has 60 calories, 1 gram of fat (0 grams saturated), 9 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein.
The other has 70 calories, O grams of fat, 15 carbs, 1 gram of fiber and 3 grams of protein.
Which one should I buy, the one with less fat or the one with fewer carbs? Sorry if this is an ignorant question.
