I just finished cycle 4 for DL/OHP so I’m scheduled for a deload week but my squat and bench are lagging behind by a couple of weeks. I wanted to know if I should just deload the DL/OHP and continue with my squat/BP cycle or deload everything this week? Thanks.

and then get all the lifts on the same schedule, otherwise youre never truly deloading. DO NOT stagger the intensity of the lifts across the weeks in an attempt to keep an average of “medium” intensity.
