Dude, I’m talking hydrolysed casein (CH), i.e. pre-digested protein, that also happens to have a superior amino acid spectrum NOT the standard slow-digesting stuff! Standard whey, even hydrolysed, cannot be mentioned in the same sentence as this stuff.
