Which Is a Better Form of Amino Acids?

It would seem to me that taking free form amino acids (ones that contain all 21)would be better than taking BCAA’s. Can anyone straighten me out on this?

Each form of amino’s have their place, but only half of the free form are useful for stimulation muscle growth and recovery.
