I had severe tennis elbow a while back which is now thankfully much better which brings me to my question.
If I want to do the bench press which grip is generally recommended to put less stress on the elbow between wide grip and a more close grip ?

Wrists over elbows has kept me going twice a week 7 years
Usually, you want your elbows to remain tight at about a 45 degree angle, wider grip will place more stress on the shoulders and elbows.

Neutral Grip is great if you have access to a “multi grip bar”, or use dumbbells
