Hey CT, i wanna know witch main exercises should i use with this kind of layers systems. Im a hockey player and i wanna know if i can put some olympics move after my main movement ? or assisted movement ? what should i do ?

All my hockey players (major junior to NHL pros) start their workout with one olympic lift variation done for 4-6 sets of 3-5 reps then the strength work is done.
but if i wanna try your layer systems do you have something that i can do for max muscle ? like main exercises
