Like the title says, I bruised the palm of my right hand and haven't been able to lift for a week. Here are the exercises I've been able to do:
1-hand cable military press2-hand cable chest movementLeg press/squatWeird swiss ball pushup
Can anyone suggest other possible exercises?
Hmm.....howed that happen? Too much five finger knuckle shuffle. All jokes aside sounds painful. I had a similar situation. But unless somethings broken just sack up and lift as usual. Pain is only weakness leaving the body right?
Blocked someones shot in basketball close to the net. my hand followed through and palm hit the backboard.
When there's pressure on my palm the pain is pretty excruciating. Don't think I can lift through this one.
