Remember that "diets" (that is, calorie modifications/ food choice prescriptions with a target date for a weight goal) are not the best choice for the long haul. That's why I don't write these types of articles. They have their place but the changes are typically too numerous compared to your present eating habits to last long.
Articles like "Restriction Contradiction" and "Fat Loss Biochemistry" might help steer you as you incorporate aspects of these "diets".
