hey guys, been running through some of the old posts and came across the numerous questions of what type was best. Creapure creatine seems to be the way to go, but from the posts i was not sure weather this was a brand or just type with brands? I think the later but want to be sure. If this is true, which popular brands of creatine contain creapure (sorry about spelling)
Creapure is to creatine what “Grade A” is to meat. I think you can figure it out from there.
