Which Comes First

Which should come first, cardio then lifting… or lifting the cardio?

Ab work then lifting… or lifting then abs?

Quick warm up to break a sweat and then lifting.

Do your compound lifts first and then your isolation lifts.

After you can do cardio or abs or whatever.

Lifting is anabolic (assuming you are taking enough calories). Cardio is catabolic. If your intent is to gain LBM, do them on separate days.
