Which Breakfast Cereals Are Best?

You probably don’t get them over there but any idea how weetbix rate?

According to their website they:

“contain 97% wholegrain wheat, raw sugar, salt, malt extract, vitamins (niacin, thiamin, riboflavin and folate) and iron”

GI on its own is 69

I eat organic shreddies, 6 g protein, 6 g fiber, it aint great but I eat this with a protein shake with flax oil and I am good to go.

Grape nuts with some milk and a scoop of Bananan Metabolic Drive. Now we’re talking.

Hey, Flax Plus is my favorite! Add some fresh blueberries or a sliced banana and pour some fat free Carb Countdown milk over it - hmmmmm.

Hmmm, that stuff doesn’t look half-bad. What retailers have it available? Your average grocery store, or Trader Joes maybe?

I can not keep it in my house or i will eat the entire box in one sitting. And not the Low Sugar Crap! [/quote]

Fruitti Pebble squares. Make Rice Krispy squares, substituting the Fruitti Pebbles for the Rice Krispies. Colourful, and tasty too…

Work out in the morning, have a bowl cocoa puffs with two scoops of Grow! er… Metabolic Drive in the skim milk.

2nd PWO meal. Works out okay because most cereals are low in fat.

nevermind, perhaps my dumbass could’ve used the “where to buy” tab at the top of the page before posting that last question…

Pardon my temporary retardation…
