I am asking for a friend of mine who would really likte to try training with bands (me too if he really gets them ) but has no clue which bands he should get.
His lifts are something like this: Bench ~330lbs, Squat ~440 lbs, Deadlift ~440 lbs.
The bands would only be used on the DE days he is currently doing.
I was thinking Mini-Bands for the Bench Press and Average-Bands for the Squat or maybe Light/MonsterMini-Bands for both (more costefficient but probably too heavy/light for bench/squat ??? )
I am absolutely no expert, so any educated opinion from you guys would be really apreciated.
