Whey vs Casseinates


I am going to buy bulk protein for myself,
and can buy either Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) or different types of caseinates. Since its in bulk, from a wholesaler, I get it cheap. The different proteins all cost about the same except for WPI, which is twice as expensive as the others.

The deal is that I’m going to be relying on this protein as my staple protein source.

I thought I’d buy WPC for eating with my normal meals, and instantised WPI for using after workouts and just before bed. Instantised means its been leitchified for faster dissolving in water. I can’t see why I’d need casseinates. What do you guys think I shoud buy?

For me, WPC is murder on my colon. If it were me, I’d go with one of the caseinates with some kind of whey mixed (the whey being in lesser amount).
