I’m starting the MAG-10 program a few days from now. Of course it’s recommended that I get 400 grams protein daily which means plenty of eating & shakes. Is it okay to get the bulk of my protein intake from Whey Protein shakes? Since I work daytime the majority of my eating is done at work. The protein shakes are the easiest to put together and mix pretty good (80 grams per shake - 4 scoops). Eating tuna constantly smells up the cubicle too much! So, I’m hoping that primarily whey protein intake is effective.
