Whey Protein Sub-types

I was wondering if anyone could direct to a comprehensive article or link that explained all the whey substypes with regards to overall health benefits, absorption speed, AA profile, production etc… as i seem to be getting some mixed info

also is it isolate or concentrate that is primarily responsible for the immune boosting benefits?

I’m not familiar with any immune boosting benefits per se, but Isolate seems to be a better source for most things we think about. Hydrosylate is the fastest absorbing.
