Whey Protein Help

Ok… here’s the deal. I’ve been lifting for awhile and I’m wanting to take whey protein now. Anyway, it is a comercially available Whey Protein. This is from the bottle:

Recommended Use: Mix 1 scoop or about 4 tablespoons with 4-6 ounces of water or skim milk, or blend with your favorite nutrition shake. Consume 1 to 4 servings daily depending on how much protein you want in your diet

1 scoop is 28.35 grams and contains 21 grams of protein.

So, how many servings should I take a day… and should I drink a shake before or after my workout?

For protein, take in at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. Don’t forget to eat real foods. Also, I’d highly recommend Grow! from Biotest. Much better protein then those cheap whey protein powders, IMO.
